Parisian Tenebrae Lessons

Early Music Missouri presents a concert of intimate and moving French vocal music for the Lenten season. Tenebrae Lessons, sung in the final week of Lent, were heard in churches and chapels across Europe. This concert feature some of the finest Baroque Tenebrae Lessons by Marc-Antoine聽 Charpentier and Louis-Nicolas Cl茅rambault sung by a trio of sopranos accompanied by period instruments.
